Lunch Menu

Panco herb crusted chicken :Hot Panco herb crusted chicken served with lemon basil jus, goats cheese and polenta cake

Terrine of ham hock :Terrine of ham hock with root slaw and piccalilli of baby beets

 Slow cooked salmon: Slow cooked fillet of herb rolled Loch Fyne salmon and lemon jelly

 Smoked aubergine puree:Cold Filo cup filled with smoked aubergine puree and Greek salsa

 Salads: Heirloom tomato and basil platter and Mixed baby green leaves and garden herbs. Served with freshly baked rustic breads and flavoured herb oils and butters

Mini Desserts :Banoffee pie shot with candy floss, accompanied with chocolate dipped marshmallows and seasonal fruit
